Feed Format
To synchronize the data, we require the URL pointing to a product feed. We support product feeds in CSV and XML format. Please note that CSV delimiter can be one of the following: Tab, space, colon, bar, comma, semicolon. There must be a separate feed entry for each size variant. Please check the necessary data attributes on the next page.
We recommend using the Google shopping feed as you only need to make a few adjustments. All you need to do is add an item_subgroup_id attribute to the already mandatory fields. Of course, you can use any other feed as long as it meets the requirements described below.
The product feed is always related to an API-key. If you want to use our tools on multiple domains, each domain needs to use its own API-Key as the product URL for the alternative bikes will be different for each domain.
